Selfishness and the zeal to make it big has been the greatest undoing that we have in the present times. If we could regularly be praying, we would face very little complications in our relationship with other people. But the problem of everyone for themselves has become so serious that we live on two ends of the world.

We need to agree that in this time in our life we should also feed the spirit because without which we will feel empty, and we cannot know what to do going forward.
The essence of worship is to achieve our purpose on earth. It habit of praying begins with making a request. Our requests should be things that would give praise to God and the things that we need sorting out in our life. The other thing that we should seek God for is offering praise.
That means that we need to highlight and discuss with him why we need the thing that we are asking. On the same note, it needs not be a self interest kind of intercession such that it is centered towards us. If we keep praying just by asking without giving thanks and praising then, we make it complicated.
Praying is so important t such that even the apostles lived on praying. Science is not everything that can make us live the quality we want. If we can inculcate the habit of spending some quiet time with God, then we will find so many answers to the problems.
